Ingredients

Fish:

fresh salmon fillet
Marinade:

tablespoons
Mörk Sirap
beet molasses; may substitute molasses

tablespoon
soy sauce

teaspoons
minced garlic

teaspoon
grated ginger
1
teaspoon
red wine vinegar

tablespoons
honey
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Mix marinade and pour over fish; let rest one hour.
Drain marinade, lightly oil fish and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill fillets over moderate heat using a grill mesh or fish basket, skin side down for several minutes then gently turn.
Brush with marinade as it cooks and continue grilling until fish is 135F-140F.
