Equipment

  • 1 cookie sheet with parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 7.5 ounce can biscuits (10 count)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Cut each biscuit in half and roll out into a thin rope about 10-inches in length.
  • Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Continue with remaining dough.
  • Brush dough lightly with olive oil (I use a silicone pastry brush).
  • Then sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
  • Chewy right out of the oven, but these crisp up as they cool.
  • Serve with dipping sauces such as oil/herb, marinara, ranch dressing, cheese dip, etc. Or eat them crunchy with a salad.
