Ingredients
  

  • 14 to 16 ounces German ring bologna (diced)
  • 1 1/4 cups diced sour gherkins or Polish dill pickles
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon German-style mustard
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Try to cut the bologna and the pickles the same size.
  • Mix together and chill before serving; serve with rye bread.
