fried chicken breast or breaded chicken tenderloin,
(hot and crisp)

mashed potatoes,
(warmed)

chicken gravy or brown gravy,
(warmed)
Instructions
If using fried breast of chicken, remove it from the bone without tearing it up.
If using a breaded chicken tenderloin, cook according to package directions.
To assemble, place bread on plate.
Top with mashed potatoes, then gravy.
Top with chicken.
