garlic tarator sauce

teaspoon
dried oregano
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese

crumbled feta cheese

ounces
peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
2
ounce
jar diced pimiento peppers
drained
1/3
cup
sliced cherry tomatoes

tablespoons
sliced pitted kalamata olives
1/4
cup
shaved red onion

can cooked octopus in oil
drained
1/4
cup
roasted garlic cloves

tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoon
chopped Italian parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500F.
Rest dough in a warm place until you can press a finger into it and the indentation remains.
Press out dough on a pizza peel as thinly as you can.
Brush dough with tarator sauce then top with remaining ingredients.
Slide pizza onto a pizza stone if you can and bake for 15 minutes or until browned as you like.
Pull the pizza back onto the peel and cut into squares or wedges.
