Greek Style Seafood Pizza is my recipe of the day with the blogging group Fish Friday Foodies. We post together on a common seafood theme on the third Friday of the month. And we take turns choosing the topic.
The topic for December is Cephalopods, which includes such tasty things such as octopus, and squid.

I had a can of octopus pieces in oil that I had not designated to a recipe yet. It comes precooked so you just drain it. By itself it has about the same flavor as a smoked oyster.
I’m thinking you could use smoked oysters if you can’t get octopus. But that should be available in most gourmet grocers or ones with imported foods.
The shrimp is also precooked so everything falls into like with zero extra effort.
