fresh lemon
cut in half

finely crumbled feta cheese

lemon juice

olive oil

red pepper flakes
Instructions
Trim asparagus spears and place on a cooking tray.
Spritz liberally with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Grill asparagus over moderate heat (375F) on an oiled grate until fork tender.
Spritz lemon halves with spray and grill until lightly charred.
Remove to a platter and drizzle asparagus with lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes and feta cheese.
