Sauce:

Instructions
Flatten chicken with a mallet and drizzle with oil, then seasonings.
Cook on an oiled grill grate over moderate heat, until the meat probes to 165F.
Spray halves of lemons with spray and place cut side down on the grill, cooking until lightly browned.
Remove all from grill and let rest, covered, while you prep the sauce.
Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for a few minutes more.
Serve sauce over chicken pieces, garnished with parsley, and served with cut lemons on the side to squeeze over the meat.
