wooden skewers
soaked in water for one hour or more

prepared chimichurri sauce
optional dip
Instructions
Soak wooden skewers in water several hours before using.
Chop chicken into chunks and mix with marinade; rest refrigerated for several hours.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill over moderately hot coals, until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Serve with chimichurri sauce as a dip if you like.
