Instructions
Pulse cookies in a food processor. You should get about 3-1/2 cups crumbs from the box.
Add remaining ingredients and work into a dough.
Use a cookie scoop to measure dough and then roll into balls.
Place on waxed paper and chill until firm.
Once firm, roll in additional powdered sugar and keep chilled. Flavor is best after it rests a few days.
