Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/4 cups plain thick whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooled melted butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
  • Whisk together the yogurt, honey, eggs and melted butter.
  • Separately, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, until just mixed.
  • Divide batter among 15 muffin tin cavities.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until they test done with a toothpick.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
