honey

cooled melted butter

all-purpose flour

baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
Whisk together the yogurt, honey, eggs and melted butter.
Separately, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, until just mixed.
Divide batter among 15 muffin tin cavities.
Bake for 15 minutes or until they test done with a toothpick.
Cool on a wire rack.
