Honey Yogurt Muffins

I decided to make a more “plain” type of muffin for the New Year. I don’t know. Cold weather coming. Snow is coming. It seems like plain food is perfect to go with other foods of the season.

Plus I got a GIANT container of honey on the cheap from the Flash Foods app. That has left me lots, not only to make muffins, but also share my family’s eggnog recipe which I shared yesterday. Family Style Eggnog.

Having made a double batch of that, it has left me with enough whites to make my angel food cake recipe. Which I shall be sharing in a couple of weeks. So you can see how the frugality of using all the ingredients leads from one recipe to another. And all very happily, too!

  1. I love the honey yogurt combo, Sue! You made me laugh with your one recipe leading to another. That happens at our house too!

    • I had actually bought like a couple of huge honey jars totallimg
about a gallon. The plan was Bill wiuld make some mead. But the store lost one of the honey jars. Will just be using it down in recipes. Maybe some baklava is up next.
