crushed cacao nibs or ground cocoa beans

boiling water
Instructions
I crush the nibs lightly if they came as nibs. Cacao beans will need to be coarsely ground (not finely ground).
Place crushed cacao in the bottom of a French press.
Add boiling water and steep ten minutes. Press down press and serve.
Alternatively, stir crushed cacao into boiling water and steep ten minutes. Strain through a fine sieve or coffee filter and serve hot.
Can drink black or add cream and sugar as desired. Same as coffee or hot tea.
