Equipment

  • 8-inch square baking pan
  • plastic wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 8 ounces Cool-Whip non-dairy topping
  • 12 ounces fudge topping
  • 12 ounces caramel topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Line the baking pan with plastic wrap.
  • Place six ice cream sandwiches in the bottom, chopping the last one to fit.
  • Top with half the Cool Whip then half the fudge and caramel.
  • Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, Cool Whip and toppings.
  • Sprinkle the peanuts over all.
  • Cover with plastic and freeze until firm, and hour or more.
  • Cut into six and serve.
