Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert is my recipe of the day for the blogging event Ice Cream Social 2023. Food bloggers are grouping up and sharing their fav recipes for frozen treats and ice cream.

Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert is my recipe share.Itisa constructed dessert rather than a made from scratch recipe. We will be layering ready to eat ice cream sandwiches from the grocery store with whipped topping, fudge, caramel and nuts.
Make sure you get the sandwiches made with actual ice cream. The other types are mostly ice milk.
This dessert is fairly similar to my drumstick dessert. It is quick to make and even to freeze. This makes it perfect as a summer dessert when you are short on time.
It tastes like a topped sundae served with a slice of cholate cake, with whipped cream and not. I promise it will be enjoyed by all.

Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert
Equipment
- 8-inch square baking pan
- plastic wrap
Ingredients
- 12 ice cream sandwiches
- 8 ounces Cool-Whip non-dairy topping
- 12 ounces fudge topping
- 12 ounces caramel topping
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Line the baking pan with plastic wrap.
- Place six ice cream sandwiches in the bottom, chopping the last one to fit.
- Top with half the Cool Whip then half the fudge and caramel.
- Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, Cool Whip and toppings.
- Sprinkle the peanuts over all.
- Cover with plastic and freeze until firm, and hour or more.
- Cut into six and serve.
