No-Churn Caramel Fudge Crunch Ice Cream

My recipe  of  the day is  for a  no-churn caramel fudge crunch ice cream,  which is really just a wordy way  of  saying  it’s a Twix Moose Tracks sort of  thing.

If you haven’t made no  churn ice cream before,  you will be pleasantly  surprised at  how easy it is to make as well  as being  delicious.

It is made with whipped cream, which allows for a very light, scoopable texture, with condensed milk  adding  richness as well  as smoothness (there is no grainy texture here).

Just  pour into  a  loaf pan, wrap and freeze overnight. You will be happy to know this  does not freeze so  rock  hard  that it cannot be scooped! I hope you  give it a try.
