diced hi-temp cheese

onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

toasted sandwich buns
assorted burger toppings
lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle
Instructions
Mix seasonings into beef.
Divide beef into six portions and pat out into thin patties.
Place 1/4 cup hi-temp cheese on top of each of three patties.
Place remaining patties on those and pinch edges to seal.
Cook to desired doneness or 165F in the center, without pressing down on the patties while cooking.
Serve on toasted buns with your choice of toppings.
