Instructions
Bake fries according to package directions.
Grill lightly oiled corn until charred and tender, about ten minutes.
Cut corn from cobs.
Whisk together dressing.
Top crispy fries with corn, tomato, cotija, jalapeno, cilantro, and dressing.
