(or other meat)
For the marinade:

fresh lime juice

Instructions
Mix ingredients for marinade and use on one pound meat of your choosing.
Mix marinade and add to meat.
Marinate six hours or overnight.
Drain meat from marinade and cook over coals until done to your liking.
