granulated sugar

brown sugar

large egg

teaspoon
coffee extract

teaspoon
vanilla

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
salt

cookie sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream butter with sugars until smooth.
Add egg and extracts and blend again,
Mix in flour, baking soda and salt until a dough forms, then stir in one cups of the M&Ms, saving the last half cup for the tops.
Use a one tablespoon cookie scoop to drop dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake cookies five minutes to allow them to spread, then sprinkle with cookie decor and remaining candies.
Continue baking another 5-7 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Cool on pan 5-10 minutes before sliding the parchment onto a cookie rack to finish cooling.
