Instructions
Set Instant Pot to saute setting and brown onion in the niter kibbeh.
Add remaining ingredients and 3 cups water.
Cook, sealed/at pressure, on manual/high for 9 minutes.
Allow steam to release gradually with setting off, about 15 minutes.
