Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Fit pie crust in a deep dish glass pie plate.
Whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.
Place on the lower-middle rack in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until only slightly jiggly in the center.
Cool completely.
You can serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you prefer.
