Equipment

  • 1 glass pie plate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9-inch single pie crust
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Fit pie crust in a deep dish glass pie plate.
  • Whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.
  • Place on the lower-middle rack in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until only slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Cool completely.
  • You can serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you prefer.
