Pumpkin Spice Latte Pie
Equipment
- 1 glass pie plate
Ingredients
- 1 9-inch single pie crust
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Fit pie crust in a deep dish glass pie plate.
- Whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.
- Place on the lower-middle rack in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until only slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely.
- You can serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you prefer.
