Ruby Negroni is my recipe of the day for the blogging event National Cookbook Month. We’ve done this a few times and are back for 2023. Glad you could join us!

This delightful libation is made from pom juice, gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, and club soda. It has a bit of a slightly spiced sweet and sour flavor.
And the color is a gorgeous ruby. Both perfect for a bloody good Halloween party cocktail. Or a little something for Santa on Christmas Eve, all in his signature color.

Ruby Negroni
Ingredients
- 5-1/4 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2-1/2 ounces gin
- 2-1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
- 2-1/2 ounces campari
- 4 ounces club soda
Instructions
- Stir together the pom juice, gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
- Divide into two old-fashioned glasses with crushed ice.
- Top up with club soda.
- Garnish with an orange slice if desired.
