Ruby Negroni is my recipe of the day for the blogging event National Cookbook Month. We’ve done this a few times and are back for 2023. Glad you could join us!

Print Recipe

This delightful libation is made from pom juice, gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, and club soda. It has a bit of a slightly spiced sweet and sour flavor.

And the color is a gorgeous ruby. Both perfect for a bloody good Halloween party cocktail. Or a little something for Santa on Christmas Eve, all in his signature color.
