fresh Brussels Sprouts
(trimmed and halved)

olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
lemon
1/4
cup
roasted garlic cloves
1/4
cup
shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Toss Brussies with olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, zest of the lemon and the roasted garlic cloves.
Place on a nonstick foil lined baking sheet.
Roast at 400F for 30 minutes, then stir.
Sprinkle with Parm and roast 15 minutes more.
Squeeze juice from half the lemon over all; reserve the other half of lemon for something else.
