(2-1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix)

all-purpose flour

corn meal

baking powder

large eggs
(lightly beaten)

vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Grease a 14 cavity muffin tin and set aside.
Combine stuffing mix, flour, corn meal and baking powder in a bowl.
Whish together the eggs, milk and oil.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mix, stirring to combine.
Divide batter among the muffin tin cavities.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked in the center.
