Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounce box Stovetop Sage stuffing mix (2-1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup corn meal
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Grease a 14 cavity muffin tin and set aside.
  • Combine stuffing mix, flour, corn meal and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Whish together the eggs, milk and oil.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour mix, stirring to combine.
  • Divide batter among the muffin tin cavities.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked in the center.
