Steakhouse Grilled Salmon (1 serving):
6
ounce
salmon filet
2
teaspoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
seafood grill seasoning
Instructions
Stir together seafood grill seasoning and store in an airtight container.
Drizzle salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with seafood grill seasoning to taste.
Oil grill grate and preheat grill to high.
Place fish top side down and cook until grill marks appear.
Turn fish over, reduce grill heat to low and cook until fish is moderately firm (medium) 120F for wild salmon and 125F for farmed salmon.
Skin peels away easily when fish is done so don't worry about it before cooking.
Serve fish with lemon slices.
