Sub Sauce (makes 1/2 cup):

red wine vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

Italian seasoning

teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoon
grated Parmesan cheese
Sandwiches:
Heat and Serve garlic breadsticks
1-2 breadsticks per person as a meal
Ham
provolone, genoa salami, cotto salami (amount as desired)
shredded lettuce
sliced cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
Bake up breadsticks according to package directions.
Whisk together sub sauce.
Build sandwiches on split breadsticks, using 1-2 tablespoons of sub sauce as a dressing.
