Marinade/Sauce

brown sugar

rice wine

shoyu
or soy sauce

chopped garlic

grated ginger root

black pepper

pineapple juice

toasted sesame oil
Instructions
Marinate pork 6-8 hours.
Remove pork, reserving marinade.
Place on oil prepped grill and cook to 145F.
Put the reserved marinade in a skillet and bring to a boil.
Add grilled pork, turning to coat.
Continue to cook until marinade becomes saucy and clings to the meat.
