Teriyaki Grilled Pork Steaks

Today I am offering my recipe for pork shoulder blade steaks marinated in a homemade teriyaki sauce. Then they are done up on the grill and  finished in the cooked marinade. Cooking makes the marinade safe to eat and also thickens it up so that it clings nicely.

I served the teriyaki pork on pork fried rice. You can use any recipe you like for that. I have a number of recipes also on the blog, such as this one.
