Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces salted roasted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground dried Thai lime leaves sifted
  • 2 teaspoons Tom Yum soup base seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200F.
  • Toss cashews with peanut oil.
  • Stir together seasonings and mix with the oiled cashews.
  • Bake in a single layer in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
