mashed ripe bananas

plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk

large egg

cooled melted butter

teaspoon
vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

baking cocoa
3/4
cup
brown sugar

teaspoon
instant espresso granules

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
sifted powdered sugar
for the top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour into a ten cup Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Baker's release spray or well greased.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean of wet batter.
Cool in pan ten minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack.
When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
