Triple Chocolate Banana Bread

Triple Chocolate Banana Bread is my recipe of the day with my blogging group called Baking Bloggers. We get together once a month to post on a mutual topic voted on by the group.
This month is all about bananas, which we must do occasionally as the banana recipes start piling up.
I’d say the bananas pile up too, but it is an easy fix to peel those and put them in baggies in the freezer. You can put them in there with the peels but I find that they weep juice when they thaw and don’t want it to escape. I want to capture every last drop of banana deliciousness.
I was really pleased with how moist and intensely chocolate this came out.
It was one of the last things I got baked for my group that likes taste testing before the pandemic began. Since then my baking has been a bit on a smaller scale with just the two of us here.
I dusted with sugar to give that snack loaf effect. Even though it is a quick loaf, you could easily top this with ganache.

Chocolate and Bananas are a marriage made in heaven. Thanks for hosting Sue.
I think I am making this today!! Oh my that looks SO GOOD!
That looks great, and I’ll have to try it, when I can bake and share stuff again. sigh.
Wow Triple Chocolate, You got a chocolate lover on this Sue. Looks very yummy and with all that chocolate and banana, it is a treat for me.
Anything with that much chocolate has got to be good! My husband doesn’t care for banana bread like I do, but I bet he’ll like this one.
