Seasoned Kraut:

can kraut
rinsed and drained

tablespoon
butter
1/2
cup
orange juice

teaspoons
brown sugar
Sandwich Ingredients:
4-
inch
sub roll or French bread

tablespoons
jellied cranberry sauce
mashed with a fork

tablespoon
mayonnaise
1
ounce
sliced Swiss cheese
3
ounces
sliced roast turkey
3
tablespoons
of the kraut mix
Instructions
Cook the kraut in butter and orange juice until it is fairly dry.
Layer sandwich ingredients between the French bread, then press in a grill pan over med-low heat until toasted and crisp.
