Power drinking, when it comes to water, has been taken to a whole new level.

Flavor-infused water makes getting all your H₂O in much more pleasant and makes losing weight easier as well, since you feel less hungry when you are fully hydrated.

I know one of the things I am challenged to do for myself is to drink enough water. I have learned that when trying to reduce weight, being thirsty can often derail any diet plan. As dehydration is often first felt as hunger. So while you think you might actually be hungry, what you really might be is thirsty.

Downing too much caffeine, sodium or sugar in common soft drinks is not the best idea. And while plain water might be a little boring, why not punch it up instead with antioxidant rich fruits? These add many micronutrients to your diet. As well as provide a pleasant taste to your beverage. Use the type sweetener you like if you prefer, but I find I can drink it without. And then I generally drink iced tea with no sugar and a little bit of lemon.

This delicious fruit water provides an excellent change of pace as well as promote my overall health in general.
