Equipment

  • Slow Cooker or Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds thick bone-in rib pork chops (4 large)
  • 14 ounces canned jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup bottled barbecue sauce
  • 1 ounce envelope Lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  • Mix together the cranberry and barbecue sauces with soup mix.
  • Place in slow cooker with pork chops and turn chops to coat on all sides.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Strain cooking liquid; whisk in the cornstarch.
  • Bring sauce to a boil, and boil one minute to thicken.
  • Serve sauce over chops.
