Today I am sharing with you a recipe for Coca-Cola baked beans. Which is a Southern version of baked beans which uses  Coke with cane sugar as part of the sweetener. You can use corn syrup Coke. But I prefer cane sugar Coke. Which you can get at many grocery stores and also Mexican markets.

Cooking with soft drinks can be fun. And besides Coke I have also cooked with things like 7-Up, Cheerwine, Orange Crush, Dr. Pepper and more. Kids are always amused there is soda in there. Adults wonder what the secret ingredient is that makes it taste so good. It can be your secret. Or tell the whole world!
