I am sharing my recipe for dill vinegar cucumber salad which I made using dill vinegar.
My dill vinegar is a recipe I have shared before. I make my dill vinegar in the summer when whole heads of dill are available from the garden of farm markets.
I won’t always have it, so I want to infuse my vinegar to make sure I get that delicious flavor later.
It is perfect for pickles or marinated salads.

Herb Week

Welcome to Herb Week where we let the herbs be the star of the recipe and not just a garnish. Mint, dill, sage, and cilantro are just a few of the herbs we are celebrating this week.
