Korean Grilled Tuna is my  recipe of the day with  the blogging group called “From Our Dinner Table”. We have been getting   together once a week, on Sundays, to post on a variety of topics.

This week, as we kick off the late Spring season with the  advent of Mother’s Day, we are posting some  favorite grilling and outdoor recipes.

A Favorite Recipe

One of my favorites is grilled tuna, and this one is done  up with a very  simple sweet and spicy glaze.

I love gochujang on just about anything,  and tuna simply fares well in just about any cooking sauce. So you know this is  going to be good.

Grill this to your own perfection. I prefer a medium with some pink inside and  will lean towards   more red and rare. Others will like theirs fully opaque and cooked through. Be sure to ask your guests.
