What is a  Gravy Mix (in this  case  Country Gravy?)

I am sharing  my recipe for an instant country gravy mix  using a premix powder. In those, you would  mix it with cold water or even milk, stir to heat and get a cream gravy.

I use Wondra  instant flour  since you can add it  to hot  liquids and not  worry about having the  gravy lump.

What to Serve  with Country Gravy?

I would serve this gravy  over potatoes. As biscuits and gravy and  I  would serve  those with sausage in the gravy or as patties or  links on the side. It also makes a great topping for fried chicken or  chicken fried  steak.
