My recipe for today is a do-it-yourself version of condensed tomato soup. Such as you could find if using something like a Campbell’s condensed soup.

You can use this by adding water or milk to make hot tomato soup. Or you can add it to recipes that call for condensed soup. Such as meatloaf topping or adding to cabbage rolls.

It’s healthier because you have greater control over sodium and preservatives. And you can tweak it to suit your tastes and have the right consistency for adding to other foods.
