Retro Classic
I first got to know this dressing back in the 1970’s. It came up as a substitute when we were out of our usual red French dressing. And it really is amazing how well it works as a stand-in.
Multipurpose Dressing
Besides being a favorite for your usual go-to on a house salad, this dressing also is fantastic in things like broccoli salad. Or as a splash to add to your potato salad to give it a different character.
And you can see I have enjoyed it on a fried chicken salad which is something I like to have for a light supper sometimes.
