Ingredients

  • 7 ounces finely grated carrot
  • 4 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

  • Whisk together the soft cream cheese, sour cream, orange juice, mayonnaise and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in the grated carrots and pecans until well mixed.
  • Chill one hour before serving.
