Carrot and Pecan Salad
Ingredients
- 7 ounces finely grated carrot
- 4 ounces soft cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
- Whisk together the soft cream cheese, sour cream, orange juice, mayonnaise and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the grated carrots and pecans until well mixed.
- Chill one hour before serving.
