Dahi Kachumber (with Yogurt) is my recipe of the day with the blogging group Sunday Funday. We post as a group on Sundays with our favorite recipes on common topics. Each week, a member of the group hosts and suggests the topic.

This week was my turn. I decided upon yogurt recipes, not just for making yogurt, but using that as an ingredient.

Yogurt is quite versatile, being used in both sweet and savory recipes. It is a great source of dairy protein that can carry you from breakfast through dinner and beyond.

This kachumber, which is a type of cucumber relish or salad, is often served along curries and other Indian foods. It both cools the palate from spicy foods and acts as a digestive aid.
