Blackberry Peach Overnight Oats is my recipe of the day with the blogging group Sunday Funday. We post weekly on various food topics and share our recipes for those. This week we are sharing recipes with lots of dairy.
I decided to share my recipe for blackberry peach overnight oats, which is an easy and healthy no-cook recipe. It uses tons of creamy and fruity peach yogurt which soften up the oats overnight so you don’t have to cook it. Just spoon and serve (unless you like to add some milk or a sprinkle of nuts).
I know that having a breakfast ready to go is a great help on busy days or days when you don’t feel like cooking and don’t want yet another bowl of cereal. The oats keep several days in the fridge in a jar so no worries if you don’t eat it all at once.
