Spreadable Whipped Cream Cheese (for bagels)

Any hoohoo.  This is like  the whipped cream cheese you  can pay extra and buy in the tub. Technically, that is made by a slight different process of cream cheese.

But  hey, this tastes  the same. Is cheaper at that. And it stays soft without weeping in the fridge for at least a week.

I will eventually figure out how long when I stop eating all of it,  but I digress.

Still,  I really am  torqued over rising  prices. I mean, I thought the tubs were expensive before. So you can bet I  am happy to cut costs and get stuff ready to spread. No nuking  of cold cheese to soften. No waiting  forever to warm.

I mean, in the morning, I am sleepy and  hangry and want that cheese on my bagel stat. So I can have it while I have my first sip of coffee. You  do NOT want to see me before coffee. In the pic I have some  bagel thins, which are nice. But there  is a  bagel bakery not too far called Marx here  in Cincinnati. They are the best. Now in second  generation  ownership (owners not related).

I hope you enjoy the five minute investment  of time for the soft cream cheese here. Makes three cups. Which translates to “won’t last long”.
