Frosted M&M Blondies add a touch of Easter and Springtime fun to some deliciously simple bar cookies decorated with frosting, sprinkles, and candy bits.
Frosted M&M Blondies
By Sue Lau | Palatable Pastime
Frosted M&M Blondies is my recipe of the day to add some fun to another blah Tuesday at home while we shelter in place.
This one has been in my files since last year, as I made it for Easter but didn’t have enough time to get it posted before the holiday.
It’s a simple enough bar cookie using the M&Ms bagged candies, and I also used a canned frosting. If you can’t find pink, you can always stir a few drops of food color into a vanilla type.
As well, if you can’t find M&Ms (no one normally has this issue, but these are extraordinary times) you can sub with something like chocolate chips.
The bars are also fabulous plain without frosting.
