Hibachi Chicken is marinated then grilled with a nice char. Perfect for dunking into a  fresh ginger soy dipping sauce.

Hibachi Chicken

Hibachi Chicken with  Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce is my recipe of the day for the Summer Games blogging week. The Olympics will be going on! And I will be sharing some Japanese steakhouse recipes in honor of the host country, Japan.

So join me today, Wednesday and Friday as I delve into these delicious treats. Other bloggers will be sharing  their recipes as well.  You will find a diverse international selection of recipes. And I’m sure there will be  something for everyone!

Not only will you find recipes you can make to enjoy during the games, but plenty  to pin  for later on.

Japanese Steakhouse Recipes

Japanese steakhouse recipes are a favorite of mine. However, I’m  not sure how thrilled I am to visit a steakhouse with eight seated together with covid still  going on. Yet it is easy enough for  me to whip  up some  of those foods at home.

One of  my  personal favorites to get there (besides some extra sushi) is the hibachi shrimp. That  one   is already posted and I have a link below.

Summer Games Week Fun

This week I will  be sharing hibachi chicken. And on Wednesday I will post Japanese steakhouse salad dressing. Friday I will post a recipe  for teriyaki chicken which  will be on grilled wings. But I imagine that’s great on baked wings as well, or any type of chicken meat.

And beyond chicken, these sauces work with other things. You  can use the ginger soy dip for vegetables or steak. And teriyaki sauce is great on anything really. Especially salmon (which I adore grilling!)
