Easy Jam Tart is my recipe of the day. It’s an easy and clever little recipe that will make an extra dessert for you to have on hand in just minutes. And it is put together with any extra pie crusts you might have in the fridge. Plus some of those half empty jars of jam.

It is the end of the season. And time to start doing the pantry clean out. I’ll always have something like a ready made pie crust sitting around. In case I need to throw together a last-minute quiche or something. Plus the jars in the fridge start adding up. I like moving those out to make room for holiday dinner leftovers.
I even mix the jams if they are complementary to each other. If you’re not sure, put the kinds you want to mix all together on a teaspoon and taste it. You’ll know.
You could serve this with ice cream or whipped cream. But they taste lovely as a jam cookie. You’ll want to serve those up fairly soon those as pie crusts tend to soften after they have been baked awhile.
Enjoy the holiday weekend!
